Join workshop leader, Michele Burton, to learn about the unique artistry of garden photography as a way to preserve garden memories. Michele will share her tips and techniques for composing beautiful images that will forever capture the essential character and qualities of the garden. To encourage keeping a visual records of our rich garden legacy for future generations to enjoy, Michele will also review the Smithsonian’s minimum standards for digital garden images that satisfy the requirements for Archive of American Gardens documentation.
Bring your iPhone, iPad, or digital single-lens reflect (DSLR) camera wi8th minimum 22mm or higher sensor size along one side.
Meghan Foley has generously offered her garden as the setting for the workshop. Registration is limited to 12. Lunch is included.
