Book Club: The Way of the Gardener

We’ll be discussing this quarter’s book: “The Way of the Gardener” by Lyndon Penner. Gardening is so many things to each of us. This book is the memoir of the travels of the renowned gardener, Lyndon Penner’s pilgrimage of 500 miles on the Carmen de Santiago in Spain. It combines his personal observations of himself, the history, people, other pilgrims as well as numerous native plants. It’s fun read and just the right length.
