Beer and Cheese Tasting with a Fabulous Summer Dinner!

Our favorite cheesemaker, Dr. Bob Ettlinger, joins award-winning home brewer John Ufford for a tasting of European beers plus a home brewed Maibock, paired with select cheeses. There’s a tour of Bob’s cheese making facility, followed by a relaxed, family style dinner of European sausages, red cabbage, garden salads, Lee Ann’s homemade beer miche bread and pretzels, wine and beer and of course a choice of fabulous desserts. Watch the sun set over Puget Sound from Karen and Bob’s deck and toast the lingering days of Summer.
